Heavy Equipment Operators (Eugene Area; $25-$30 per hour)

Looking for experienced - 3 years plus – Operators (Excavators, Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Rollers, Compaction Equipment, etc.) with Class A CDL. Prefer experience in commercial and residential site prep, grading, and/or septic system installation. Pre-employment drug testing and driver's background check required.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operation of dump trucks hauling materials and transporting equipment
• Loading, binding and unloading construction equipment
• Using laser levels
• Checking grades
• Reading blueprints
• Manual labor for pipe laying and grading

Dump Truck Drivers (CDL) (Salem Area; $25-$30 per hour)

Looking for experienced - must have Class A CDL - prefer 2 years plus driving experience. Demonstrated competency in safe operations of 3, 4, and 5 axle dump trucks used to transport materials and construction equipment. Preferred knowledge and experience loading, binding and transporting construction equipment on 2 and 3 axle tilt bed equipment trailers. ODOT Pre-employment drug testing, medical card required, and driver's background check required.

Additional duties and responsibilities:

• Pre-trip inspection/ post trip truck reports
• Check and maintain fluids daily
• Loading, binding and unloading construction equipment
• Heavy lifting and bending

Excavation Laborers (Eugene Area; $19-$22 per hour)

Experience preferred but not required for the right person wanting to learn the commercial/residential excavation and site prep trade from the bottom up. You will perform manual labor for grading, installation of septic systems, drains, and grade checking. Assist with daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Come grow with us. Our expectation would be for you to learn skills listed and can move up in the company becoming a Heavy Equipment Operator and/or CDL Dump Truck Driver. Have a Class A CDL or willingness to obtain CDL with our help. Pre-employment drug testing and driver's background check required.
